Spain's Jon Fernandez, one of the best prospects in boxing, will return to fight in the United States when he faces O'Shaquie Foster in a 10-round junior lightweight bout on Sept. 21. The fight, announced by promoter Lou DiBella on Friday, will headline a tripleheader on "ShoBox: The New Generation" (Showtime, 9:45 p.m. ET/PT) at the Firelake Arena in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
